What our warranty includes:

• Lifetime warranty: The PDR performed by Dallas Family Dent will last for as long as you own or lease your vehicle.
• Panel integrity: The PDR will not cause any defects in the integrity, alignment, or functionality of the repaired panels.
• Defect repair: In the event of any defects found in the PDR, Dallas Family Dent will repair your vehicle free of charge at our facility.​​

What our warranty does not include:

• Normal wear and tear: This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, including damage from corrosion, rust, or other environmental factors.
• Previous damage: Damage unrelated to the PDR performed by Dallas Family Dent is not covered.
• Sale or lease: The warranty expires upon the sale or lease termination of your vehicle.
• Stripes and decals: Decorative stripes and decals are excluded from the warranty, although we will make every effort to repair them.
• Subsequent hail damage: The warranty becomes void if your vehicle undergoes subsequent hail damage different from the original repair.
• Modifications: Any unauthorized alterations to the repaired vehicle will void the warranty.
